How it Works
Purchase
Choose your preferred gift card amount, enter the recipient email address and input your gift note before clicking the "add to cart" button. Once the item has been successfully added, just click "checkout."
Checkout
You will be redirected to our cart page. On this page, you can check all the gift card voucher(s) that you want to purchase. To continue, just click the "proceed to checkout" button and our site will ask you if you are a new customer or a returning customer. Just click the "continue" button if you don't have an account or just click the "login" button if you already have an existing account with us. Once you have completed all relevant fields, you can finalise your payment by providing your credit/debit card details and wait for it to be successfully processed.
Delivery
As e-vouchers (email vouchers) are automated, the gift card receiver will automatically receive a gift card to his or her email address with a printable and downloable pdf gift card. Each voucher contains a unique code that we need for redemption.

How it Works
Purchase
Choose the preferred gift card amount you want to purchase then enter your details, select the post or collect option and then pay via debit or credit card.
Processing
We prepare the gift vouchers manually, so we just need a little bit of time to make it beautiful for you. Please allow 2 to 12 hours for us to complete it. This option is only available during our normal business hours. Nonetheless, we'll try to make it as soon as possible for you to enjoy our products.
Delivery
Our delivery will depend on the option that you selected in the purchase stage. If you chose "posted," it will be sent by standard mail to the address you provided. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery. If you selected the "collected" option, we will contact you when it's ready and arrange a mutually convenient time for you to drop by during our business hours and collect your Voucher.
